Our Corporate Menu is perfect for groups from 20-50. Just pick the three entrees, choice of starch and salad dressing you would like to offer your guests. We will have special menu cards printed. Your guests will make their choices that evening.

Entrées include Artisan rolls, seasonal fresh vegetables, mixed greens salad, and coffee, tea or milk.

Char Gilled Top Sirloin $21.99

8 oz. prime top sirloin char grilled and served atop a red wine cracked peppercorn sauce with beer battered onion rings.

Char Gilled Prime Filet Mignon $32.99

8 oz. center cut filet served on a bed of pan roasted wild mushrooms and topped with beer battered onion rings.

Breast of Pheasant au Morels $20.99

Wrapped with mushroom duxelle and puff pastry. Served atop a brandy cream and morel mushroom sauce.

Pan Roasted Breast of Chicken $18.99

Free range chicken breast stuffed with a filling of boursin cheese, baby spinach, and double smoked bacon. Served with a sherried pan sauce.

Wild Gulf Shrimp Barbeque $19.99

Fire grilled and basted with our house-made Sprecher Black Bavarian barbeque sauce. Served over garlic and herb roasted baby red skin potatoes.

Asparagus & Morel Mushroom Pasta $18.99

Sautéed morel mushrooms, asparagus tips, scallions and garlic, tossed with egg linguini and a Wisconsin parmesan cream.
